Shipping Policy

When you place an order, we offer $5 flat-rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $75 within the continental U.S., including military bases. For specific shipping questions, please email us at orders@uspa.net.

Returns Policy

Mystery Items:

Due to the nature of the Mystery Items, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges on Mystery Item purchases. *ALL sales are final.

For items bought during a sale, we are unable to accept returns but we accept exchanges within 30 days (*depends on current stock - please email us at orders@uspa.net).

For all other items, our return policy lasts 30 days after receiving your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that you've been refunded for the price of the returned item. The time it takes to receive a refund depends on each bank. In the event there is an issue with your return, we will contact you.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All discounted items are final sale.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (within 30 days of receiving the package), mail it to:

We recommend having your returned package covered by insurance. In the event it is lost in the mail, we are not responsible. Please contact your shipping company for questions.
