Shipping Policy
When you place an order, we offer shipping through USPS, and free shipping on orders over $100 (before tax) within the U.S. For specific shipping questions, please email us at orders@uspa.net.
The USPA is not responsible for orders damaged or lost by third-party shippers.
Exchanges and Returns Policy:
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be brand new and unworn.
We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days after you receive your package. Please email orders@uspa.net with your order number and request for approval.
For refunds, funds are returned to the payment method originally used (e.g. PayPal, Credit Card).
For items bought during a sale, we issue store credit in place of refunds, or accept exchanges (*depends on current stock - please email us at orders@uspa.net).
Mystery Items:
Due to the nature of the Mystery Items, all sales on these are final.
